Statistics on damages in the building sector provide evidence that moisture ingress is the cause No. 1 for damages. Besides the aesthetic disturbance and hygienic aspects it is crucial that most damage mechanisms are activated by critical moisture contents. Based upon our excessive data pool and simple numerical simulations we offer the service to estimate the moisture content in concrete cross-sections or other constructions to reduce the potential for damages by means of adequate preventive measures.
